Optimization and adjustment of industrial layout for metal stamping molds in China

It is reported that China's stamping die industry has developed rapidly since its formation, accounting for 40.33% and 25.12% of the total import and export volume of molds, respectively. It has become one of the important export countries in the international stamping die field. 

The adjustment of the layout of the domestic hardware stamping die industry is a natural trend of economic development. After years of technology, talent, and capital accumulation, the eastern region will gradually transform into a high-end product production base, while emerging gathering places will undertake some mid to low end production. This division of labor is relatively reasonable, breaking the previous situation of single product and severe regional homogenization, and providing space for the step-by-step development of China's mold industry. 

Although there is still a certain gap between domestic precision stamping molds and developed countries, according to the current development of the domestic industry, in the next few years, the domestic stamping mold industry will surely catch up and become the backbone of promoting the development of the domestic mold industry, improving the overall technological level of the industry and moving towards higher levels of development. The further improvement of technology and process level in the mold industry will significantly enhance the ability of domestic enterprises to grasp the market, thereby achieving a dual qualitative change in industry scale and technological level in the next five to ten years.
