The company has presses with capacities of 315T, 500T, 630T, 800T, 1200T, 1900T, 2000T, 3600T, etc., which can be used for stamping die trials, forging die assembly, and stamping production. The maximum steel plate thickness that can be processed is 80mm. The company has a large-scale heat treatment workshop equipped with a 300-ton medium pool, capable of handling single-piece heat treatment for workpieces up to 110 tons.
Equipped with various testing equipment: ultrasonic flaw detector, photoelectric autocollimator, coordinate measuring machine, 3D scanner, film thickness gauge, color difference meter, hardness tester, etc., covering data detection from raw materials to heat-treated parts and finished painted parts.
